At Real & Noble, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping outside of these locations at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3-10 business days. It depends on state with which the order is being shipped
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If a package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
